Love

“Be your last love. Your final resting place.”

The risk in love is that it can change just as we as humans do. It can thrive or wither and transform in a matter of minutes, without any clear sign or warning signal, it can alter its direction. Love… is just as alive as you and I are in this very moment, and yet we have this choice to either acknowledge or disregard it, but our decision will not affect or invalidate its existence. God became love for this very reason, He wanted us to DECIDE to partake in it. With our own free-will, choose, because that is what makes it so worth it; the choice that initiates the experience. We deliberately offer up our hearts with no assurance of ever getting it back in the same condition. But, we were made from love, our bodies were birthed out of Gods desire to see Himself in human form and we are robbed of this glory every time we reject the infinite exchange of love; between ourselves and mankind. We abandon the power to govern the most valuable thing we will ever possess on Earth, our soul. Maybe the inadvertency we practice within our own lives is the reason why we struggle with showing up in the lives of others. I often wonder what this world would look like if we honored what God saw as good. The separation of light and darkness, the creation of man….LOVE.
